TOP provides for the possibility of generating itemized lists based on the use of the parts. The application is already equipped with several itemized lists that cover the most common cases. Refer to the TOP manual for more information on the itemized lists management. TOP Layout allows you to integrate additional itemized lists to that provided with TOP. The integration of the itemized lists takes place by means of the Excel spreadsheet.

The Excel sheet supplied with the application contains a sheet of ITEMIZED LISTS that looks like this:

The fields used are:

  • ID
  • Must be numeric and unique for each row.
  • ITEMIZED LIST
  • It's the name of the itemized list for which the row-attribute is defined.
  • DESCRIPTION
  • Description of the itemized list. It's the text that appears in the dialog window of the TOP itemized list.
  • ATTRIBUTE
  • attribute name to be included in the itemized list. If an attribute has to be added to several itemized lists, you need to duplicate the rows.
  • NUMBER
  • Indicates whether the attribute is numeric. Pass a Y. If the cell is empty, the attribute is considered non-numeric
  • FUNCTION
  • Indicates the function to be passed for the attribute.
  • DEFAULT
  • Indicates the value of the attribute default. If not filled, the attribute takes this value.
  • SORT
  • The numeric sorting index of the attributes in the itemized list must be defined
  • GROUP
  • The numeric grouping index of the attribute must be provided
  • SUM
  • Indicates whether the attribute should be added in the itemized list.
  • QMARK
  • Considers the same items for grouping two records with the blank attribute.
  • TABBLOCK
  • Considers the same items for grouping two records with the blank attribute.
