This is the secondary text style in ME10 and corresponds exactly to the AutoCAD style defined in SecondaryTextFontAutoCAD. There are 3 text styles you can customize. Whenever you find

SecondaryTextFontAutoCAD=COMPLEX

SecondaryTextFontMe10=hp_block_c

means that all texts defined in ME10 with the "hp_block_c" will be converted in AutoCAD with the style "COMPLEX" and vice versa.
